How does the Findtastic app work?

Actually, it’s quite simple!
You enter what you’re looking for and the price that you wish to pay.
The app will then search the entire internet for you and send you the search results.
Then you just pick the link that you find to be most suitable.

What do I need for registration and what personal data do you collect?

Three things.
You need an email address, a mobile phone and an internet connection.
We don’t collect any of your personal data.

I really don’t have to worry about my privacy? 

We understand your concern.

Sure, there are many example of cases where data is misused. However, with us you don’t have to worry about that.
With the Findtastic app, you won’t overwhelm your internet browser with cookies: no one will know what you’ve been looking for.

So what all can I search for?

Everything.
Goods or any type of information.
You just have to enter your chosen keywords and wait for your results.

What is the difference between information and goods?

The price.
You use the Goods search button in cases where you are looking for items that you can buy in an e-shop and thus they have a set price.
The Information search button runs searches on all other types of information that don’t have a list price (well, perhaps with the exception of concert tickets).

Can I edit my request during the search?

Of course.
You swipe the search window, click on the pencil icon, and then make your edits.
Once you’ve made your edits a countdown clock will appear showing when your search is to begin.

What does the countdown to search mean?

Time.
It refers to the period of time that passes before your search results appear.

The time differs based on when the previous search began.

What if the app does not find what I entered in my search?

That can happen.
One case could be that you are looking for a Goods, but you’re actually in the Information section (and vice versa).
You then need to check if you are running a search in the Goods or Information section.

Another option is to check your chosen keywords.

There is also the possibility that the product that you’re looking for is not yet on the market OR it is not yet available at the price you’re willing to pay.

Then, there’s always the option of deleting your search and entering it one more time.

How do I remove my account?

If for any reason you decided to delete your account, you can do it in the mobile application by tapping on the main menu icon and then using the delete option. All your data and history will be immediatelly removed from databases.

If you don't delete your account and stop using aour app, we will give you some time to come back and keep your account active. Then your account will be deleted automatically.
